1 tbsp. olive oil
1 large onion

pepper
2 red peppers
2 large cloves garlic
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
2 tbsp. tomato paste
1/2 c. dry red wine
1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 c. fresh parsley
1 1/2 c. quick-cooking or instant polenta
2 oz. Asiago cheese
4 oz. provolone.

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1:
Heat оvеn tо 400 dеgrееѕ F. Oil a ѕhаllоw 2 1/2- tо 3-ԛuаrt broiler-proof baking diѕh.

Step 2:
